If you have attended continuing education and did not receive credit toward your current Virginia EMS certification, you may submit your hours to our office for consideration.    

Please complete the form here for all continuing education credit requests.  It may take up to 14 business days to process CE requests once all documents are verified. You must include a copy of the transcript or proof of attendance showing what area and number of hours you attended for each class, as well as your current EMS certification card with barcode.  

Classes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of attending the course and within your current certification cycle. Our office will review all submissions for credit. Once approved, you will be notified that your credits have been applied. You will receive an email notification if any credits are ineligible or cannot be applied. You can view your complete recertification transcript in your VA EMS Portal.
